Rahul is the founder director of Aress Software and Education Technologies Private Limited. He is now in charge of Business Development and Projects. This includes the new forays that the company is making in the fields of software product development and education. He has been responsible for providing the strategic direction for these businesses. He has spearheaded Aress's forays into international markets, especially Europe & USA.

He has been instrumental in building strategic partnerships and a strong and prestigious customer base for Aress Software over the last 8 years. Rahul also heads some key employee development initiatives and takes keen interest in overall human resource development activities.

Alan Acton
VP - Business Development, UK

Alan Acton has some 16 years’ experience of offshore outsourcing both as a user and as a supplier.  He spent two years in Bangalore, India as Managing Director of a leading Indian IT services company managing over 400 people. His successful approach to marketing offshore services led to him being elected to the prestigious Executive Council of NASSCOM, (National Association of Software and Service Companies) in India.

Based in the UK, he has sold and managed IT and BPO services from India to the US, UK, and many other countries in Europe and around the world. He has thorough experience of both Western and Indian business cultures which eases the communication with those looking to use offshore services.

Shilpa Kulkarni
Executive Director

Since the inception of Aress Software , as the Exective Director, Shilpa has contributed to the evolution of Aress Software from an ambitious startup  - to a premium offshore services company that it is today. An MBA from a leading university in Pune, with over 8 years of industry experience, she is involved in Managing Client Relations, Sales and Strategic Planning at Aress Software.

Vrushali Udayshankar
Executive Director (Operations)

An operations and resource management strategist, who manages all quality related issues for Aress clients as well as provides required in-house support for the employees as and when needed. She brings to this organization more than 7 years of rich industry experience in Operations Management, Resource Management and Employee relations and is able to relate to the mentioned areas in giving a firm base for the client satisfaction and company growth.

Vrushali's achievements include driving quality aspects and managing the operations of the various functional teams across projects.
