Occupational Health System

This will be a web-based application developed in ASP.Net. The system allows recording of every aspect of a department's work so that comprehensive management reports can be obtained. Data related to Employees, Audiometer Results, Vision Screening, General Screening can be recorded and reports retrieved. Also results for the Haematology, Biochemistry, Spirometry tests can be maintained in the system. Also data related to the Employee’s Family History, Medical History can be maintained. The application also has a number of other features like Diary, Activity Recording, Personal Time Recoding, etc.

Most important feature is integrated Appointments Diary subsystem.

The Diary supports multiple clinics. A user can set a different color code to an appointment to provide instant identification.  Diary can be accessible from a screen e.g. audio or directly from the menu. When a user visits the diary from a screen the time span will be based on screening. For e.g. If by default an audio screening takes 60 minutes, the time span will be 60 minutes. By default appointment will be booked for default activity appointment length. The appointments are integrated with images for instant identification. The system also displays the percentage of availability and uses a color code system to help you identify appointment availability at a glance.
